If you don’t live in Rhode Island, then you probably have no idea what this is. This is a little piece of frozen heaven in a cup.  Rhody is the only place to have Del’s & it’s a little piece of summertime in Rhode Island. It’s not the awful frozen crap that you can get anywhere. It’s perfection. I crave it all year long even though most stands are only open in the summer.
