Spoonful of Scallop at @BacaroRI
I spent the weekend in Providence to tape two snack videos and to dine at Bacaro, which I first visited during a press trip last year. Even then, I knew I’d go back for Bacaro’s cheese-stuffed squash blossoms, Pizza Bianca, and extensive list of cicchetti aka Italian tapas, which includes the pan-seared scallop with truffled mushrooms pictured here. Some things really are worth the trip.
